Did you know that around 8% of men but only 1/2% of women are color blind?  I am not color blind, which is of course very helpful in my profession, but sometimes we work with clients who are.  It’s helpful to know what a color blind person sees, or doesn’t see.

Women can see nuances in color much better then men can, which might explain why men don’t often use color names like magenta, chartreuse, violet, etc…  to them it’s red, green, blue.  On the other hand, men see movement.  Maybe that’s why men hunted and women gathered.  Women could find the ripe berries.  Just my theory…
