Belly Up To The Bar!

First, measure the height of your counter or table. Then determine the proper bar stool height by consulting the diagram above. Remember, the bar stool heights shown above refer to the SEAT height, not the overall height of the stool itself.
To figure out the proper quanity of stools for your counter or table, know that each person needs a MINIMUM of 24″ to sit comfortably. The standard is to allow approximately 28″ between the centers of each bar stool to provide adequate spacing for people to eat, drink, and socialize.
